Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT/software projects from planning through successful completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.
Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure requirements and expectations are aligned.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress, team capacity, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall delivery status.
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
Manage scope changes and ensure impact on timelines, resources, and deliverables is clearly communicated.
Monitor team performance, sprint velocity,



and delivery commitments to ensure projects remain on track.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, action items, and project metrics using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate across multiple technical teams and workstreams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Resolve project-level conflicts and dependencies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure projects follow defined processes, quality standards, and SDLC practices.
Support continuous improvement by identifying prospects to improve project delivery, team productivity, and processes.
Work effectively with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in an enterprise IT workplace.
