Qualification : - 1 to 2 Years

:

· Process US insurance tasks like policy check or quote compare.

· Develop a thorough understanding of the process and complete the necessary training.

· Adhere to defined quality & productivity target.

· Contribute to continuous improvement within the process.

· Update and manage metrics dashboard.

· Support TLs in developing, implementing, and monitoring action plans and corrective actions to improve quality standards.

· Participate in process improvement events, initiatives, and events.

· Flexibility to work in night shifts as per requirement.
Specifications (Skills):




1 to 2 years of experience in US Commercial Insurance Domain Experience
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and adapt to the Insurance domain as per requirement.
Ability to multitask.
Additional “Nice to have” skills: Experience in working any technology-related projects in Insurance Domain

Ability to deal with frequent changes and demonstrate flexibility.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
