School Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and well-organized School Receptionist to manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Attend to parent queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor registers and front-office records.
Coordinate appointments and meetings with the Principal and management.
Handle student-related communication and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with teachers, administration, transport, and other departments when required.
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and professional.




Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.

Qualifications & Requirements
Any Graduate preferred.
Previous experience as a School Receptionist / Front Office Executive is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Pleasant personality and professional approach.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle parents and visitors politely and confidently.
Candidates with a short notice period or immediate availability are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
