Proem Sports is a sportstech firm working with sport and live event organisations to drive commercial performance. We have built a customer data platform which unifies data from all fan touchpoints to provide in-depth analytics, a fan segmentation engine and marketing capabilities to deliver actionable insights along with engagement capabilities.
We are looking for a QA Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our product across features, workflows, and releases.
Key Responsibilities
Understand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects with clear and actionable information.
Test recent features and enhancements across different user journeys and use cases.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development and release cycle.
Perform API testing and validate data and system integrations.
Identify edge cases and potential product issues beyond the defined requirements.
Participate in release validation and ensure product quality before deployment.
Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall product quality.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
Robust understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Experience in testing web-based applications.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across multiple features and priorities in a rapid-paced product environment.
Valuable understanding of user workflows and product behaviour.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to independently identify and investigate issues.
Automation testing experience is an added advantage.
