Quality Control Qualified to oversee the entire refurbishment process of residential properties, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before handover. The role involves supervising quality checks, coordinating with vendors, and improving operational procedures to maintain transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and inspect all stages of residential property refurbishments, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks during and after renovations to guarantee all work meets the company’s criteria for excellence.
Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and fully functional until customer handover.
Coordinate with vendors for refurbishments, repairs,



and housekeeping to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing service quality and operational standards.
Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3- 5 years of relevant experience in quality control or facility management.
Background in the real estate or construction industry is essential.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
