Position: Marketing Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Purpose To promote and market the company’s bioplastic, compostable and eco-friendly products, develop current customers, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s bioplastic, compostable and eco-friendly products.
Identify and develop recent customers, dealers, distributors and business opportunities.
Visit customers and understand their product requirements.
Generate leads through market visits, references, online platforms and other sources.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing and delivery.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, products and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain daily visit reports,



lead details, customer records and sales reports.
Attend exhibitions, trade fairs and customer meetings as required.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
Good understanding of sales and marketing activities.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and market development.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years in sales/marketing; experience in bioplastic, plastic, packaging, FMCG or related industries will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time.
Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager or Management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
