About The Role We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with a robust background in Technical & Engineering Recruitment .

Industry Experience

Candidates with recruitment experience across the following industries will be considered:
Manufacturing
EPC
Infrastructure
Oil & Gas
Marine & Shipbuilding

Preferred: Candidates with experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Marine & Shipbuilding .

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.




Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
