Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote ABCD’s courses, counseling, and training services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, generating and nurturing leads, and coordinating with the counseling and training teams to align offerings with market needs.

The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, optimizing marketing activities based on data, and building relationships with partners, institutions, and clients.

Manager will also support brand positioning, oversee marketing materials, and contribute to market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales planning, lead generation, and relationship management.
Experience with marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand development.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, such as social media, email marketing, and basic analytics.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and performance data to inform decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in education, training, or psychology-related services is preferred but not mandatory.
Capacity to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Salary between 25000 to 35000 depends upon experience.
