Assess patients’ health conditions and provide appropriate nursing care at home.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.
Assist patients with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Provide wound care, dressing changes, injections, and other nursing procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and document changes in health conditions.
Educate patients and family members about medication, diet, and healthcare practices.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists when required.
Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Respond promptly to emergencies and arrange medical assistance when necessary.
