About the Role

Dentix – The Dental Lounge is looking for a confident and proactive Relationship Manager to build relationships and create recent opportunities for the brand.

This is a people-facing, field-oriented role involving customer interaction, community outreach, and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and build strong relationships.
Visit communities, corporates, and institutions to pitch and coordinate dental awareness/screening campaigns.
Meet doctors and healthcare professionals to build referral relationships.
Generate leads through networking, field visits, campaigns, and referrals.
Follow up with customers, doctors, and prospective partners.
Represent Dentix professionally and contribute to business growth.




Take ownership of assigned activities, targets, and follow-ups.
