We are looking for a Store Executive to manage store operations, customer handling and sales.
Handle customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products and assist customers in product selection.
Handle sales enquiries and achieve sales targets.
Manage stock, inward/outward and inventory records.
Coordinate product delivery, dispatch and installation.
Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups.
Maintain proper product arrangement and store discipline.
Coordinate with sales, delivery and service teams.
Maintain daily records and update system/software entries.
Take complete responsibility for smooth day-to-day store operations.
Requirements: Valuable communication, customer-handling and basic computer skills.
Experience in retail/store operations and sales will be preferred.
