Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive, Fresher or with at least 1 year of experience working with Government Departments/PSUs in the IT/ manpower/ staffing domain (both technical and non-technical roles). The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, participating in tenders, and driving revenue growth in government staffing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business prospects in Government Departments, PSUs, and Autonomous Bodies.
Build and maintain solid relationships with government clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements for technical and non-technical manpower and propose suitable solutions.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely manpower deployment.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission,



negotiation, and closure.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, documentation, and contractual obligations.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective opportunities and provide regular MIS reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Understanding of government processes
Experience in manpower outsourcing/staffing industry (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle documentation and compliance requirements
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Business Development preferred)

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience working with NICSI, State Govt departments, Ministries, or PSUs will be an added advantage
