About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive who can sell our premium Kota Zari Sarees through personalized client interactions, especially video calls and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients through video calls, WhatsApp and phone calls.
Understand client requirements, preferences and budget.
Present and explain Kota Zari Sarees professionally through video calls.
Convince and guide clients towards the right saree based on their requirements.
Clearly explain the quality, craftsmanship, handloom work, zari and uniqueness of Kota Zari Sarees.
Build robust relationships with HNI and premium clients.
Handle client queries, objections, negotiations and follow-ups.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the sale is successfully closed.
Coordinate with the team regarding availability, pricing,
dispatch and order details.
Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions and sales.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confident and presentable during video calls.
Good knowledge or willingness to learn about Kota Zari, handloom weaving and traditional craftsmanship.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented approach with positive follow-up skills.
Knowledge of sarees, fashion, luxury or ethnic wear will be an advantage.
Comfortable handling WhatsApp, video calls and basic CRM/Excel.
Preferred Candidate A person who is well-spoken, confident, persuasive and passionate about Indian textiles and luxury fashion, with the ability to create trust and close sales through personalized client conversations. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
