LimeStays is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at our Mapusa office. The role involves generating bookings through online travel platforms such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and other OTA platforms, along with developing offline sales prospects.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate bookings through Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and other OTA platforms.
Handle customer inquiries through online platforms, calls, and other communication channels.
Respond to guest inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Identify and develop offline sales opportunities through local networks, referrals, and partnerships.
Maintain property listings, pricing, and availability across OTA platforms.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding bookings and guest requirements.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.




Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate repeat and new business.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing bookings and revenue.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in sales, hospitality, travel, Airbnb, or OTA platforms will have an added advantage.
Positive command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads into bookings.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Willingness to work from the Limestays office in Mapusa.
