Visit around 15–20 customers/market points daily, including retailers, dealers, masons, carpenters, contractors, applicators and construction sites.
Explain the product, its uses and advantages to retailers and professionals and generate product demand.
Ensure Asian Paints adhesive products are available and properly displayed at retail shops.
Maintain regular relationships with existing retailers and dealers and support their monthly sales.
Identify and add current retailers in the assigned territory.
Check distributor stock/inventory and ensure product availability in the market.
Visit the market regularly to understand competitor products, pricing, offers and activities and share updates with the company.
Build relationships with carpenters and other influencers and enroll eligible carpenters in the company's loyalty program.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
