About the Role

UPRIO is looking for a motivated Associate – Sales & Marketing to drive school activation, student enrollment, sales conversion, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s programs.
Enroll students into free trial batches.
Engage with students and parents.
Convert free users into paid subscribers.
Drive follow-ups, retention, and renewals.
Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to work in the field and travel.

Compensation ₹7 LPA + Travel Allowance

₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable

Probation: ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance for 2 months.
