Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Sangamner in a full-time capacity, focusing on promoting BIZFLOW’s ERP and CRM solutions to prospective and existing clients. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales process from outreach to closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting customer onboarding and training, and maintaining robust relationships through responsive customer service. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, refine messaging,



and contribute to sales strategies that align with business growth goals.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear, professional support.
Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or SaaS environments.
Experience in Sales Management or coordination, including reporting, forecasting, and supporting team-based sales initiatives.
Ability to deliver Training sessions and product demonstrations to help clients effectively adopt ERP/CRM solutions.
Familiarity with basic marketing principles, including campaign execution, social media outreach, and content collaboration.
Comfort working in office in Sangamner, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in technology, SaaS, or industries such as healthcare, education, retail, or services is an advantage.
