Sales Manager – Real Estate
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify current business opportunities and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Guide customers throughout the property sales process and ensure a smooth experience.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for real estate projects.
Drive revenue growth by identifying current sales opportunities.
Generate and manage sales leads through various channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and guide the real estate sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and performance.
Provide coaching and support to improve team productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure a skilled and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Follow up with leads and support the team in converting prospects into customers.
Sales Coordination & Reporting
Track sales pipelines, conversions, and revenue performance.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Coordinate with marketing, accounts, documentation, and other internal teams.
Ensure timely completion of sales-related documentation and processes.
