nJob Summary:

nWe are looking for a creative, data-driven, and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in the restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of restaurant marketing, social media trends, content creation, digital campaigns, customer engagement, and performance marketing.

nKey Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for restaurant/QSR brands across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
n
Manage the complete social media calendar, including posts, reels, stories, campaigns and promotional content.
n
Create engaging and trend-driven content around food, restaurants, offers, launches, events and customer experiences.
n
Monitor social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, audio trends and competitor activities.
n
Manage online community engagement, comments, messages, reviews and customer interactions. Develop marketing campaigns specifically designed for restaurants, QSRs and food brands.

Promote current menu launches, offers, festive campaigns, special events and outlet openings.
n
Understand customer behaviour, food trends and local market dynamics.
n
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
n
Utilise AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, campaign planning, market research, competitor analysis and social media optimisation.
n
Track and analyse social media and digital marketing performance.
n

nRequired Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing.
n
Prior experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, food & beverage or related industries is highly preferred.
n
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
n
Solid understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
n
Excellent communication, coordination and project management skills.
