Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.
Assist in handling customer queries, feedback, and service-related concerns in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory, stock movement, orders, and other operational requirements.
Work closely with the Retail Vertical Head on daily operations, follow-ups, reports, and business-related tasks.
Assist in training and onboarding of retail staff and support the development of training materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues or operational gaps.
Support the Vertical Head with process improvements, and business initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.




Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Freshers and candidates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior internship or experience in retail, customer service, operations, or administration is an advantage.
Candidates with robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills will be preferred.
