Hiring for Sales Manager leading Wealth Comp.

Location-Gurgoan and Noida

You will be responsible for acquiring HNI/Retail clients and advising them on a core suite of financial products: Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, Bonds, and Mutual

Funds. This is a high-impact role blending relationship management with strategic financial planning.

What You’ll Do

 Client Acquisition: Build and manage a high-quality book of clients.

 Balanced Advisory: Pitch the "Core Four"—FDs for safety, Bonds for yield,

Mutual Funds for growth, and Insurance for protection.

 Portfolio Health: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure client portfolios stay aligned with their life goals.

 Revenue Growth: Meet AUM and insurance premium targets through ethical,

transparent selling.

What We’re Looking For

 Minimum Qualification:



Graduates / Post Graduates from a recognized

University

 Experience: 3–7 years in Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance Sales.

 Credentials: NISM (VA) and IRDAI certifications are highly preferred.

 Skills: Solid understanding of debt markets, tax-saving instruments, and equity mutual funds.

 Mindset: A "client-first" attitude with a hunger for business development.
