Sales Manager –

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor achievements.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and team training.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Handle key accounts and negotiate pricing, contracts, and business deals.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.




Track sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in sales, with relevant managerial experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
