Role Overview /n Tests Salesforce implementations using Copado for quality assurance through automated and manual /n QA Engineer testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality and reliability /n Valuable to have: Broadridge platform experience. /n The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes. /n 6- 10 years of experience in QA/testing,focused on Salesforce and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado /n Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog

/n
Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications

/n
Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates

/n




Identify automation and process improvement opportunities

/n
Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team

/n
Act as an extension of the client's QA automation team

Solid hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

/n
Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation

/n
Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this

Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same

Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization
