Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with over 10 years of experience in the copper wire, aluminum wire and cable industry. The ideal candidate will have robust market knowledge, established client relationships, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand customer base
Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, electrical contractors, and industrial clients
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors
Conduct market research to identify trends,
Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical explanations to clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals effectively
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Attend industry events, trade shows,



and networking opportunities

Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of copper wires and cables or related electrical products
Solid understanding of product specifications, industry standards, and applications
Established network of clients, dealers, and distributors preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience handling B2B sales and large-volume orders
Knowledge of regional markets and pricing dynamics
