2–6 years’ experience in footwear retail
Preferably current/previous experience with Bata, Metro, Mochi, Liberty, Woodland, Reliance Footprint, Skechers, Campus, etc.
Must have handled store sales targets, staff, inventory, stock audit and POS
Valuable customer-handling and selling skills
Basic Excel/reporting
Candidate should preferably live within 30–45 minutes of Sector 150
Age/qualification should be secondary to actual retail performance
