Retail Store Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Allocate counters/shifts and manage staff attendance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock, inventory, billing, and product movement.
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Track daily sales, targets, conversion, and team performance.
Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment and staffing requirements.
Train current employees on products, sales techniques, and store procedures.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and store security.
Maintain discipline, grooming, and skilled standards among staff.
Coordinate with accounts/cashiers regarding cash handling and daily reconciliation.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports.
Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
