Role Description
Identify potential distributors and retailers in assigned areas.
Appoint and onboard suitable distributors for Royal Ruby Tea.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up on primary sales from the company to distributors.
Monitor and follow up on secondary sales from distributors to retailers.
Ensure regular stock movement and product availability in the market.
Conduct regular market visits to understand sales, stock, and retailer requirements.




Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network.
Follow up with distributors on orders, payments, stock, and sales performance.
Monitor distributor performance and support them in achieving their targets.
Gather market feedback and keep track of competitor activities and pricing.
Maintain regular reports of sales, distributor performance, market visits, and new appointments.

Qualifications
Nepali-speaking candidates preferred.
Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or field sales is preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and market visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to identify and develop new distributor and retailer relationships.
Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
