- Handle OS hardening, patching, and compliance checks. N
- Troubleshoot server, network, DNS, and performance issues. N
- Perform backup/restore operations and collaborate with storage teams. N
- Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for incident resolution. N
- Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance. N
- Document SOPs, RCA, andtechnical configurations. N
