nKey Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:
NDeliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (₹XX Cr annually).
NIdentify and convert high-value leads into revenue-generating clients.
NDevelop and implement sales strategies for industrial, commercial, and municipal segments.
N2. Market Development:




NExpand product footprint in untapped regions and industries.
NBuild relationships with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and large end-users.
NIdentify current product opportunities and relay market insights to product and R&D; teams.
N3. Account & Pipeline Management
NManage full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure → post-sales support.
NMaintain a healthy sales funnel in CRM with weekly updates and forecasting accuracy above 90%.
NBuild long-term strategicrelationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
N4. Technical Sales Support:
NConduct site visits, client meetings, and product demos.
NCollaborate with application engineering and project teams to design optimal solutions.
NCreate techno-commercial proposals with an emphasis on value engineering.
