Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive business growth across the Indian domestic market . The role will focus on new business acquisition, farming of existing projects, strategic account management, account expansion, and revenue growth across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance organizations. Key Responsibilities Business Development & New Client Acquisition Drive new business development across the Indian market . Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry connects, and consultative selling.



Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets. Existing Account Farming & Growth Farm existing projects and accounts to identify opportunities for additional business and revenue growth. Develop strong relationships with existing customers and understand their evolving business and technology requirements. Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and expansion opportunities within ongoing projects and accounts. Expand existing engagements into new business units, functions, applications, and technology areas. Drive renewals, extensions, additional scope, and recent projects within existing accounts. Work closely with Delivery teams to identify customer needs and convert them into incremental business opportunities. Increase AQM's wallet share within strategic BFSI accounts.
