Role Description:

The Conference Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role supports the planning and execution of conferences, forums, and related events by assisting in program development, identifying target audiences, and coordinating with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to shape event themes and agendas, supporting speaker & Delegate acquisition(unpaid) and outreach, and helping manage event timelines and deliverables.

The Conference





Producer will work closely with senior producers to gather insights from industry stakeholders, maintain event documentation, and ensure seamless coordination with marketing and operations teams. The role also involves monitoring event performance, compiling post-event reports, and contributing ideas to improve future conferences.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in speaker and delegate acquisition, including outreach, and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
- Good communication skills to support drafting event collateral, briefing speakers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conference production skills, including program design, agenda development and content creation.
- Proficiency in market research to identify relevant topics, audience segments and competitive event landscapes.
- Prior experience producing B2B conferences or knowledge events is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Valuable organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and collaborative mindset.
