Role Description

As a Co-Founder (Investment Based) at Natvora, you will take a leading role in shaping the company’s strategy, growth, and market positioning while contributing capital to support expansion. This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi, where you will collaborate closely with existing founders on business planning, product roadmap, and operational decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, guiding brand and customer acquisition strategies, and monitoring key performance metrics.

You will engage in partnership development, investor and stakeholder communication, and support fundraising and financial planning activities.



The role involves hands-on involvement in building teams, refining processes, and ensuring that Natvora’s core values of purity, health, and sustainability are reflected in every aspect of the business.

- Strong analytical skills for market assessment, financial evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and clear brand messaging.
- Proven sales skills for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting distribution strategies.
- Demonstrated marketing skills for brand building, digital and offline campaigns, and growth-focused initiatives.
- Solid research skills to explore consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and product innovation opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in building or scaling a business, preferably in FMCG, food, or health and wellness sectors.
- Ability to take ownership, work in a rapid-paced environment, and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
- Financial acumen and readiness to participate as an investment-based co-founder, with a long-term commitment to the company’s vision.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
