We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle customer follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customers ko pending payments ke liye call/follow-up karna.
- Payment commitments aur collection records maintain karna.
- Customer queries ko professionally handle karna.
- Monthly collection targets achieve karna.
- Daily collection report/update maintain karna.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in collection/recovery/telecalling preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
