Role Description As a full-time remote Co-Founder at Spot Ink Private Limited (SIPL), you will help shape the company’s strategic direction, drive growth, and oversee key business functions. On a day-to-day basis, you will identify new market opportunities, build and maintain relationships with brand partners, and support sales initiatives to expand SIPL’s client base. You will collaborate on marketing strategies, guide product and service improvements, and make data-informed decisions to optimize operations and turnaround times.





This role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, strengthening processes, and contributing to financial planning and high-level decision making to ensure sustainable growth.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support strategic decision making.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, partners, and clients across remote settings.
- Proven sales skills to acquire new clients, nurture relationships with brands, and close business opportunities.
- Marketing and research skills to develop brand positioning, understand customer needs, and identify market trends.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, or brand-focused services is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and operate effectively in a startup environment.
- Prior entrepreneurial, leadership, or co-founding experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
