Money follows a private banking-style model, assigning dedicated loan portfolio counselors to provide end-to-end support throughout the borrowing process. This includes product selection, documentation, and advice on taxation and insurance, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The company operates in 100+ locations across India, facilitating home loans for a diverse customer base.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Manager will lead and develop a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to drive growth in loan and mortgage advisory services.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their borrowing needs, and coordinating with internal counselors to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating with financial institution partners, optimizing the sales pipeline,



and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the loan process.

The Sales

Manager will also prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and support training and mentoring of team members.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in financial services, banking, or loan advisory; knowledge of loan and mortgage products
- Ability to lead teams, set targets, and manage performance effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical abilities for sales reporting, forecasting, and market trend analysis
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting with high accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with sales tracking systems
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is beneficial
- Prior experience in managing on-site sales teams in a multi-location or retail environment is a plu
