About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organised Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth coordination between doctors, clinical staff, front office and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily clinic operations and workflow
- Coordinate doctors, staff and appointments
- Monitor patient experience and service standards
- Handle administrative and operational requirements
- Coordinate with management on clinic performance and improvements
- Ensure smooth communication between departments




- Support staff coordination, scheduling and day-to-day problem solving
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients

Requirements

- Previous experience in clinic/hospital/healthcare management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and team-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with aesthetic or dental clinics will be an advantage
