Experience: 2–5 years in luxury fashion, premium retail, designer retail, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, or high-end sales

Preferred Industry: Luxury fashion / designer boutiques / premium fashion retail / lifestyle / beauty / luxury hospitality

Education : Graduate preferred; Fashion / Retail / Luxury Management background is an advantage

Fashion Sense : Solid personal style and good understanding of styling, colours, fabrics, silhouettes, and trends

Communication : Excellent English communication; confident, articulate, and refined

Customer Handling : Comfortable dealing with HNI/UHNI and discerning clientele

Sales Skills : Proven ability to achieve sales targets, upsell, cross-sell, and generate repeat business

Clienteling : Experience in customer follow-ups, client database management,



appointment selling, and personal shopping

Product Knowledge : Good understanding of designers, collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and fashion trends

Luxury Mindset : Strong understanding of personalized service, discretion, presentation, and attention to detail

Career Stability : Prefer candidates with a stable career history and interest in a long-term career in luxury retail
