Client Onboarding Specialist
Location: Gurgaon | Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days/Week
About the Role
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new and existing clients through the RegisterKaro app and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain the RegisterKaro app, features, and services to clients.
- Guide clients through the onboarding and documentation process.
- Handle client queries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain records of client interactions and onboarding status.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
- Customer handling or onboarding experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.
