Role Description The Civil Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Civil Design

Engineer will be responsible for developing detailed civil engineering designs for land development, roadway layouts, drainage systems, and related infrastructure, in alignment with project requirements and applicable codes. Daily tasks include preparing design calculations, drawings, and reports; coordinating digital models; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as structural, MEP, and infrastructure engineers.



The role involves performing site and feasibility assessments, supporting stormwater management strategies, reviewing designs for constructability and safety, and assisting in value engineering.

The Civil Design

Engineer will also participate in client meetings, respond to technical queries, and support project documentation and delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply standards, codes, and best practices.
- Experience in Land Development, including site grading, plot layouts, utility coordination, and infrastructure planning.
- Proficiency in Stormwater Management, including drainage design, detention/retention systems, and flood mitigation strategies.
- Skills in Roadway Design, covering horizontal and vertical alignments, intersections, and associated civil works.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Working knowledge of relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent) and digital workflows.
- Ability to interpret survey data, geotechnical reports, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary project teams.
