Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end hub and fleet operations in a high-density urban environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
- Coordinate with delivery partners, vendors, hub teams and internal stakeholders to consistently meet daily service SLAs.
- Take ownership of real-time on-ground escalations, customer issues and service failures, ensuring quick resolution.
- Own manpower planning, shift allocation, attendance, rider availability and productivity across the fleet.
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs and operational compliance.




- Track operational metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks, improve turnaround time, rider productivity and service reliability.
- Identify recurring operational issues and create easy, scalable processes to prevent them from happening again.
- Maintain daily operational reports and provide clear visibility on fleet availability, productivity, SLA adherence and exceptions.
- Be the go-to person on the ground for anything that impacts last-mile execution.

- You have 1-2 years of experience in Hub & Rider Management.
