Job Title: Chief Growth Officer (CGO) - IIA India, Delhi Branch

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) India – Delhi Branch, established in 1978, is a leading professional body committed to advancing the internal auditing profession. Dedicated to fostering professional excellence, the Delhi Branch is now looking for a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to drive its mission of growth, engagement, and operational excellence.

Position Summary:

The CGO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Delhi Branch of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) India. The primary focus will be on growing and managing the individual &corporate; membership base as well as developing and delivering high-quality training programs for internal audit professionals. The CGO will report to CEO with a dotted line relationship with IIA Delhi Branch and also to IIA Delhi Branch President.

Align with IIA India and Delhi Branch goals and work for its implementation. Prepare a detailed business plan with short and long-term goals with milestones with revenue numbers and quantitative details.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate and Individual Membership Management:

· Develop and implement strategies to attract current corporate& individual members to IIA India for the Delhi Branch and its Audit Clubs.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate members. Understand member needs and ensure IIA offerings meet their requirements

· Oversee membership renewals and drive retention initiatives.

· Member engagements.





· Explore opportunities for corporate sponsorships and partnerships.

· Drive eminence and brand-building exercise.

Training & Development (Both Retail and Corporates):

· Assess training needs for internal auditors through market research and implement it.

· Identify and onboard expert trainers and facilitators.

· Coordinate logistics for training sessions - venues, materials, registrations etc.

· Ensure high training quality through monitoring, evaluations and feedback.

· Explore opportunities for new training products, certifications, webinars etc.

· Work with Learning Partners to ensure they grow and deliver the numbers.

· Work on Annual conference of IIA Delhi Branch and bring sponsor, participant registration and manage event along with IIA Delhi Branch.

Drive growth for corporate trainings and build sizable recurring revenue with high margins to improve branch profitability.

Operations Management:

· Recruit, train and manage a high-performing team.

· Represent IIA India at relevant events, conferences and forums.

· Coordinate with national leadership and other regional branches.

· Implement policies, controls and best practices across the branch.

· Establish and manage relationships with like-minded organisations, such as the ICAI, Risk Management Professionals, ISACA, CFE, etc.

· Establish and manage relationships with other stakeholders of Governance, such as the CFO, Independent Directors, and Promoters.

· Develop KRAs for the staff and for themselves and review them on a periodic basis.

· Exploit the clues from the field (staff those who are managing the day today member services) and take necessary measures to grow the organisations.

· Assist in managing accounts and timely financial reporting.
