About the Role

Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced CFO to lead finance, accounts, taxation, budgeting, cash flow and financial strategy for its real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Finance & Accounts operations.
- Manage budgeting, MIS, cash flow and financial reporting.
- Monitor project costs, profitability and working capital.
- Manage banking, funding and investor relationships.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA and statutory compliance.
- Review project feasibility and financial models.
- Control costs, expenses and financial risks.
- Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.
- Support management in financial and strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile:




- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 12–20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project finance, taxation and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of banking, funding and financial planning.
