Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Chinese Wok will lead the overall business strategy, growth, and operations for the organization’s on-site location in Delhi, India. This full time role involves setting long-term goals, overseeing financial performance, guiding operational efficiency, and ensuring strong sales and market positioning. The CEO will collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and establish performance metrics across departments.

Daily responsibilities include supervising key managers, ensuring compliance with local regulations,



maintaining high standards for product quality and customer service, and building partnerships that support expansion. The CEO will also represent the company in external engagements, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with Chinese Wok’s global vision and values.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Proficiency in Operations Management, with experience optimizing processes, resources, and service quality.

- Demonstrated capability in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Proven leadership experience in executive or senior management roles, preferably in food service or retail.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Track record of building and leading diverse, high-performing teams in an on-site environment.

- Understanding of the Indian market and regulatory environment is highly beneficial.

- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
