We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our tax and advisory team.

The role will involve working across Indian Direct Taxation, International Taxation, UAE Taxation, Tax Advisory and Audit & Assurance.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, analytical ability and the ability to independently manage assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and review Income Tax compliances, ITRs, TDS/TCS and tax computations.
- Assist in tax planning, advisory, assessments, notices, appeals and tax proceedings.
- Conduct research on Direct Tax laws, circulars, notifications and judicial precedents.
- Advise/assist NRIs, expatriates and international clients on Indian tax matters.
- Assist with DTAA, residential status and cross-border taxation matters.
- Support UAE Corporate Tax & VAT assignments and stay updated with relevant UAE tax regulations.
- Assist with India–UAE cross-border tax and advisory matters.
- Plan and execute Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits.
- Review books of accounts, financial statements and audit workings and identify financial/compliance risks.
- Prepare audit documentation, working papers and reports and coordinate with clients for timely completion of assignments.

Audit & Assurance

- Plan and execute Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits,



and other assurance assignments.
- Perform audit procedures including vouching, verification, scrutiny, reconciliations, and analytical review.
- Review books of accounts and financial records for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparation and finalisation of financial statements and audit reports.
- Verify compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act provisions, Income Tax Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, control weaknesses, and potential areas of financial or compliance risk.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers, checklists, documentation, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain information and resolve audit queries.
- Assist in ensuring timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate audit observations and assist in drafting management letters and audit findings.
