Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Chartered

Accountant will oversee financial accounting, preparation of financial statements, and maintenance of general ledgers in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Responsibilities include managing taxation (direct and indirect), ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and coordinating audits with internal and external auditors. The role involves budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making, as well as monitoring cash flows, working capital, and financial controls.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



provide financial insights to management, and help improve processes and systems for better accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Skilled accounting and finance skills, including strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and ledger management.

- Taxation and compliance skills, covering direct and indirect tax laws, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing and chemical industries.

- Audit and control skills, including experience in coordinating internal and external audits, implementing internal controls, and ensuring risk management practices.

- Financial planning and analysis skills, such as budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis, and support for strategic decision-making.

- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work with data and reporting tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Recognized Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification; relevant industry experience in manufacturing or chemicals is an advantage.

- Commitment to ethical financial practices, continuous learning, and staying updated with changing financial and tax regulations.
