? Centre Head / Project Manager

• Overall responsibility for centre operations, compliance & performance

• Coordination with SRLM, District Administration & employers

? Mobilizers

• Field outreach and identification of eligible rural youth

• Candidate enrolment and documentation

• Community-level mobilisation

? Counsellors

• Candidate counselling on courses & career opportunities

• Admission, orientation and career guidance

? MIS / Data Entry Staff

• Daily/weekly/monthly MIS & PFMS entries

• Kaushal Panjee-related data management

• Reporting, documentation & compliance

? Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
