Job Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Pathology, Marketing and Support teams.
- Monitor patient flow, service quality and overall patient experience.
- Ensure achievement of center revenue and operational targets.
- Manage staff attendance, rosters, discipline and performance.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Monitor billing, cash collection, consumables and basic administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety and quality standards.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor center maintenance, housekeeping, security and facility requirements.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational reports with management.
- Support local marketing,



referral development and business growth activities.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of equipment and other resources.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training requirements with HR.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred; healthcare or hospital management qualification will be an advantage.
- 4–8 years of experience in hospital, diagnostic center or healthcare operations.
- Strong team management, communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of diagnostic center/hospital operations.
- Ability to handle targets, patient concerns and multiple operational responsibilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Candidates with experience in Diagnostics, PET-CT, Radiology, Pathology or Nuclear Medicine will be preferred.
