Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru South.

The Sales

Manager will oversee end-to-end real estate sales activities, including managing leads, conducting property presentations, and negotiating and closing deals with prospective buyers and tenants. The role involves building and maintaining a robust pipeline, coordinating property site visits, and ensuring high-quality customer follow-up.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align pricing, promotional strategies, and inventory availability. The role also includes monitoring market trends, preparing regular sales reports, and meeting agreed-upon revenue and performance targets.

Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in the Bengaluru market.
Strong client relationship management skills,



including the ability to understand requirements and provide suitable property options.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in presenting and closing deals.
Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, site visits, and follow-ups.
Comfort using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital channels for lead management and communication.
Ability to work in office, travel locally for client meetings and property visits, and adapt to a quick-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Bengaluru an advantage.
