Sales Manager | MVP India

MVP India Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join our growing team in the ultra-luxury real estate space.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry to perform, confident with HNI clients, and passionate about real estate.

What you’ll do:
Lead and drive a high-performing sales team.
Handle HNI/UHNI clients and build solid relationships.
Drive sales for premium residential & commercial projects.
Generate business through networking, referrals and strong client relationships.
Mentor the team and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Represent the MVP India brand with professionalism and integrity.

What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably luxury/premium real estate.
Robust communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Leadership mindset with a solid sense of ownership.
A go-getter who wants to build, grow and win.

Location: Gurgaon Industry: Ultra-Luxury Real Estate

Experience: 3+ Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
