< Clearance must be obtained across departments (IT, finance, admin, and HR) to confirm no outstanding advances or unadjusted expenses remain.

3.Handover and Financial Accountability

< A physical count of the vehicle inventory and spare parts must be verified and signed off.

< Managers must close out open repair orders, pending vehicle sales, and factory incentive claims.

< Any unearned commission draws or advanced bonuses will be deducted from the final paycheck.

4.Data Security and Confidentiality

< Digital access to CRM software, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and manufacturer portals is revoked instantly.

< Downloading, copying, or exporting customer databases or lead lists is strictly prohibited.

< Proprietary financial models, marketing strategies, and manufacturer pricing tiers must remain confidential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
